A beautiful Zoo with nice big natural enclosures. The animals of the Zoo Sauvage de Saint-Félicien live in an open space, very often in cohabitation with other species and in habitats which resemble their natural environment as much as possible. Main focus is at the Borealie species. The nature trail which is viewed by caged train shows a large habitat where different spieces are coexisting. Meanwhile you will receive a lot of information about the history and first settlers of this part of Canada. Of course our main goal was to visit Milak in her Canadian home. During our private guided tour behind the scenes we also visited the polar bears night shelter and were allowed to give Milak some fishies and treats which were very appreciated by our girl. We can confirm the staff of the Zoo loves Milak very much and takes good care of her. Thank you again for the privilege of meeting you all!
