This time our journey took us to Schwarzwald (Black Forest) and Allgäu. We visit the model railway exhibition Schwarzwald Modellbahn in Hausach. Very nice what they have made. It certainly looks very real. From Zollhaus-Blumberg to Weizen we travel by steam train over the Sauschwänzlebahn (Pigtail route). We made some long walks in the Black Forest as this week the weather is still lovely. In Allgäu we are less lucky. The weather is really changing and it is raining all the time. We visit the model railway exhibition in Miniwelt (Mini World) Oberstaufen. At one of our trips we visit the Baroque Church of Wies. Make a walk through the Breitachklamm (gorge) and go up the Nebelhorn by cable car and nebel (foggy) it is. After that we flee to Tirol in Austria to escape the worst rain and make some nice daytours there.
