Greenland 2004 (Kalaallit Nunaat)

Did you ever dream about dogsleds, whalespotting, icebergs, calving glaciers, the ice cap and enjoying pure nature; this largest island in the world will give you all of them. If you are physically and mentally in good condition, are in the possesion of good hikingshoes, enough clothes to keep you warm and dry and are able to adapt to changing weatherconditions and a different culture you will have the time of your life. In July 2004 I travelled to Tasillaq (a.k.a. Ammassalik or Angmagssalik) and met the friendly Inuit of East Greenland.
