Iceland 2012

This time we travelled around Iceland in a 4x4. As Iceland is currently very trendy there are a lot of tourists (in our opinion), so we went for the more quiet Snæfellsnes, West fjords and Sprengisandur. We loved it to travel off road and make water crossings. At some times we felt very Icelandic. Nature is really beautiful and we saw a lot of birds up close. Under the midnight sun we went snorkeling in Silfra. See movies for our underwater camera fun. The ferry crossing between Stykkisholmur and Brjanslækur and the boat trip to Vigur were good to make some non off road photos. At the end of our journey we partly had some sightseeing of places we had seen in 2004.

Besides our underwater camera movies we also have some nice road movies and water crossings. Wonderful and special country, we love it here!
