Where do you go when you want to catch some sun in October? To Malta! A small island with an ancient history. In Valletta you can enjoy the Lower- and Upper Barracca Gardens, the grand harbour, Bell of Remembrance and much more. Enter the center of Valletta through the City Gate and enjoy the shops at Republic Street. Drive around the island in the typical Maltese busses. Take a look at the eyes on the Maltese boats in Marsaxlokk. Enjoy the wind through your hair during a boattrip to the Blue Grotto. Stroll through the small streets of Mdina. Don't forget to take a look inside the Rotunda of Mosta. (make sure you cover your knees and shoulders or you are not allowed inside the church) Malta is crowded and for some peace you have to go to the Dingli Cliffs or the island Gozo. Make at least a daytrip to Gozo and make sure you visit the Citadel of Victoria (Rabat).
