Kuala Lumpur & Penang 2006

Halfway on our trip to New Zealand, we decided to make a stop over in Kuala Lumpur to break the long trip. We really enjoyed the Asian city life. At night the city was covered with lights with the highlight the Petronas Towers, which were beautifully illuminated. The monorail made sightseeing really easy and the food was delicious. The wonderful massage gave us a relaxed start of the second flight of our trip. KL is highly recommended!
So it goes without saying that on our way back home, we really enjoyed to make a stopover in Malaysia again. This time we chose a nice and luxurious hotel in Penang to relax after our long trip. The food was very tasty and the people very friendly. If we have the chance we certainly will go back.
