New Zealand 2006 - Northern Island

The Northern Island faced us with a few challenges. Find a Kiwi, snow at the motorcamp, downhill luging and swimming with Dolphins. You haven't been to New Zealand if you haven't seen a Kiwi. Lovely birds, but running around in the darkness doesn't provide you with the best photo opportunities. Nevertheless very nice to go to the Kiwi Encounter in Rotorua. At the Craters of the Moon and Orakei Korako we could see some volcanic activity.
